At Starry Nights where I just finished my homework of translating 4 pages of 'La Socieded Juliette' in about an hour. Not exactly a speed record, but I am picking it up more often when confronted with the imperfect, the preterite and the conditional.
Not only detecting it, but providing a reasonable translation.
When it comes to conversation, as in english, people do not often talk this way, but it does help me explore complex sentence structure.
